Needs Assessment - We meet with school leadership to discuss plans and options for critical finance, human resources, and student data functions to ensure subsequently implemented systems, processes and procedures support the school’s mission and model.
Processes & Policies Development - We develop key processes, codify them in relevant documents (e.g., Employee Handbook, Financial Policies & Procedures), and recommend SOPs to support those processes.
Systems Selection & Implementation - We support the selection and implementation of mission-critical systems prior to the school year start (e.g., payroll, accounting system, student information system).
Back-Office Services - We provide ongoing accounting, payroll, grant management, budgeting, HR, SIS, reporting and training support throughout the planning year.
